Thank you for your review. We understand your disappointment regarding the lighting functionality of the black Sahara model. After investigating the matter with Ventair, we confirmed that the black version was discontinued before the tri-colour (CCT) light feature was introduced. Although the white Sahara models later received this upgrade, the black model was never manufactured with this functionality. The product listing for the black Sahara did not advertise a tri-colour light feature, and the unit supplied matched the manufacturer's specifications. While some components and model identifiers may be shared across the range, the black and white variants were produced during different periods and do not have identical features. Although the product supplied was correct and not faulty, we acknowledged that there was some confusion during the discussions about replacement parts. As a result, we offered, at no cost, to provide a white tri-colour fascia and cover delivery expenses as a gesture of goodwill. We remain committed to assisting our customers and achieving positive outcomes wherever possible.
