They didn’t do much other than act as a *** Box between me and Regent. Very disappointed that they were unable to get Regent to transfer me from the port to the airport at the end of the cruise even...

Very helpful all-around in arranging voyage and transportation.

They found the voyage I wanted and were easy to work with on arranging it. They arranged for transportation to and from the hotels and boat which was a great help.

First ever cruise- became a disaster, but still smiling

First ever cruise, the agent was helpful and experienced. We had problems on the cruise and a different staff member ( sharin) was stunning Iin her assistance.
