Terrible do not use

Terrible took 3 weeks to sort my loan out Sent bank statements had em a week rang up no one looked at them. Had to ring up again. Rang again to chase up. Not a good experience all in all. Mobile...

I can see our team tried to contact you a few times since receiving your bank statements to arrange an appointment but were unsuccessful in contacting you until a week later in which the loan was signed. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused for the longer wait while we have transitioned to our new mobile representatives.
