Service could of been better and quicker

The lenght of time and calls queried could of been better and also.lenght of time to do a top up loan. A full week to reply is not the best customer service

Thank you for the feedback, Philip. Since migrating to our new service online we have received unexpected demand which unfortunately meant things have taken a little longer than normal.
