If you actually read what I said properly, you’d be able to see that I wrote “customer support team is absolutely useless” so anyone who’s clever would know that the issue hasn’t been resolved.
Shocking! Everytime I order online there is always issues with delivery. Makes me wander where peoples orders actually go!!!!

Sorry just to clarify yes I've had the order now but there has been nothing done about the fact the leggings came full of pulls
