Ref 10065975. You are saying my order from JD was since delivered, but I still have not received it. Please advise on how to cancel the order, as I do not know where it was delivered to, but not to my house yet ! So, unless it appears by early this week, I would like a refund ! Thank you, Karen.

Missleading customers
