We're so glad you enjoyed your family cycling holiday and many thanks for the lovely review.

Many thanks Jeremy. So glad the trip was the right level for you both and well done for managing to keep up with the e-bike!

Lovely feedback - thanks Fiona. We're so glad you are now bike and boat holiday converts!

Thanks for the review Donna we're so glad you enjoyed your cycling adventure in Puglia. We agree that website elevation charts would be useful for such tours and we're looking at how best to facilitate this.

Thanks for the feedback Pauline. We're sorry you found the the instructions unclear on this trip. Our local supplier reviews them regularly but does admit the lack of landmarks at certain points (lots of lovely old stone walls and olive trees but little else ) does make guidance instructions a little tricky at times. I'm also sorry you had some bike issues and understand our local supplier did offer to replace them but your group elected to use the spares they had available instead.

Thanks for the review Paul and we're glad to hear you enjoyed your holiday. We'd love to build in the cost of the ferries but unfortunately the ferry operators can't facilitate this at the moment. Rest assured we'll keep trying though.

Thanks for the lovely feedback Yvonne. We're so glad you had such a wonderful time and that the e-bike worked out for you. We look forward to assisting you with your next cycling holiday.

Thanks Kim, we're so glad you enjoyed your Umbria Wine and Gourmet Cyclig Break with us.

Many thanks for the comprehensive review Anne. We've now updated our website itinerary to include a reference to the climb from Casteluzzo to Purgatorio and we're liaising with our local supplier in Sicily to address the quality of the route maps. We look forward to helping you with your next cycling holiday.

Many thanks for the review Peter. We've fed your comments re vegetarian menus and the Hotel Le Dracy back to our local supplier.
