We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must be.
The SMART module is packaged inside the box and is intended to be installed together with the fan to enable its smart functionality. It’s possible that the packaging may have been damaged in transit, and the module may have become dislodged or misplaced - although we cannot confirm this at this stage.
That said, we’re committed to making this right. Our team is already in contact with you and actively working towards a resolution as quickly as possible.

We’re sorry to hear that the product hasn’t met your expectations and understand your frustration.
The SMART functionality relies on a module that is included within the packaging and needs to be installed along with the fan for it to connect and sync with the app. If the module isn’t installed or has been misplaced - the fan will not operate as a SMART device.
We certainly understand your concerns regarding value, and we want to ensure you receive the full benefit of the product as intended. While we're unsure of what transpired, our team is currently working with you to resolve this issue by arranging replacements.
We appreciate your patience.

Purchase was easy through the website (great price too). Delivery was super quick, tbh cannot fault the whole experience. Would not hesitate to purchase through them again and recommend to anyone...
