Dealing with Exotic Direct is so simple with automatic renewal but best of all, when you need them, they are there. Claims are fast and simple and even my Vet loves dealing with them.

It's great to hear that you've found our renewal process to be easy and also that you're happy with the latest renewal premium. We do try very hard to keep all our premiums as low as possible and we're pleased that you haven't had any increase recently.

It's important to mention that none of our pet insurance products currently offer a price that is 'fixed for life' - you'll appreciate that unfortunately, this does mean that at some point in the future you might see the premium increase.

Keep doing what you do

Call handler was lovely, friendly and not pushy. He compared what I wanted to do with the cost of what I had and I found out it would be more expensive to change the policy.
