However, taking your last order as an example, if you were to order the Large Ash Crate once a year, the standard retail price is £450. During Black Friday the price was reduced to £405, and as a member you paid £364.50. That’s a saving of £85.50 on just one order. Even outside of Black Friday, your member price would have been £405, giving you a saving of £45, which already covers the cost of the membership for the year. On top of those savings, your membership also includes: • Free KindleFlamers with signup or renewal • Free delivery over £25 which is ideal if you ever need a top-up • £15 birthday reward to use whenever you choose • Upgraded delivery services for member orders • Priority access to promotions and new product launches A lot of our long-term customers find that the combination of savings + added perks actually makes the membership far more valuable than it appears at first glance. In terms of control and renewal: • You can manage or cancel your membership at any time from your customer portal • Or, if easier, you can simply call the office and we can handle it for you • Even if you cancel the recurring renewal, you continue to keep all benefits for the remainder of the year • We also send multiple reminders leading up to renewal, so nothing ever renews without plenty of notice Of course, I completely understand that if you're only planning to order once a year going forward, the membership may feel less essential and that’s absolutely fine.
