When I sent in a revised valuation for my Instruments I got an updated amount as to what my monthly premiums should be.

Poor experience
Extremely difficult to understand salesman. Complicated and contradictory information from two different salespeople. Quote was not given in a clear manner. Very unsatisfactory.

Very good and fairly reasonable prices.
Always very helpful. I have only had to claim once, about 30 years ago when they were British Reserve. No problems.
