Sorry about the delay. This order was dispatched just under 2 weeks after ordering, as we were awaiting a stock delivery, but should have been received a couple of days after that - I think this was delayed in the post too. Our PP&I charges cover not just the cost of postage, but also the cost of packaging and a whole variety of warehouse costs, which we regrettably have to pass on to the customer. I hope that helps. We're sorry to hear that our product didn't work as expected, however we feel that our product information and photos are not misleading in the slightest. Given time and proper dosage, we are confident that the product would have worked very well. I’m sorry to hear that your plants have not all flowered. Whilst Oleander do thrive in the UK, they are best suited to warm, sunny weather. Plant them in the warmest, sunniest part of your garden – preferably in pots – and hope for a similarly wonderful summer again next year! Your then more-established plants should produce some decent displays for you. Don’t forget to protect them from frosts in winter. If you have any trouble please get in touch. Will YouGarden Ltd
