Sorry to hear that it wasn’t effective in your pond. Each pond is a unique ecosystem in its own right, and that coupled with the fact that Bio Pond Clear is a living biological product means that there are a considerable number of variables that affect how well it works in an individual pond. The results in an individual pond and the length of time to reach a level of clarity do vary. We recommend re-dosing after 3-4 weeks if there is no visible improvement. Will YouGarden Ltd

The plants arrived ok but I didn't think the description was very good.

Sorry to hear that you're not happy with the plants. We do publish all of our plant sizes in centimetres on our website, and advise that the Maxiplug size of plants are grown on for around 4-5 weeks before planting into baskets. We have brand new planting/care instructions if you'd like them? I hope that helps. Will YouGarden Ltd
