Hi Amanda. We are really sorry about this. Unfortunately we do have a live inventory but when the warehouse came to pick your order unfortunately the stock quantity for the shorts was incorrect. We did email you but did not hear back from you. We also responded to your email yesterday but have only heard back from you this afternoon. We don't want any of our customers to receive bad service so I do apologise for this inconvenience. I have cancelled & refunded your order. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Hi there Vicki. Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you were unhappy with the shopping experience you had with us. We truly aim to offer all our customers a 5 star shopping experience and exceed your expectations.

Just so you know, our newsletter lists and customer accounts are 2 separate systems. Just because you get a newsletter doesn't mean you have a customer account. Equally you can be a customer of ours and have shopped many times but still choose not set up an account and essentially shop as a guest each time.  We give customers the choice of what they want to do and what they want to receive. We would never automatically enrol customers without their specific consent. 

Looking at your situation although you had signed up for our newsletter and had shopped with us in the past, you hadn't selected to set up a customer account and this was why you couldn't log in to your account as one didn't exist.

To set up an account you can do this from our front page or there is the option to do this at the end of the checkout process also. However I can see you have now set this up.

As for your return issue, I can't see what happened here. From the data I can see your return request was authorised when we received the request and the credit was processed on the same day the item was received back. It doesn't seem like there was a delay in us processing this for you.

Returns & Exchanges are an integral part of fashion retailing and we truly want to make this process as simple and hassle free for our customers as possible. We offer a no quibble 28 day return policy for all our customers and even offer FREE tracked returns for those in the U.K. We process hundreds of returns every month without issue. Again, we're sorry if you didn't experience this level of service.
