Hi Kasia. Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your item didn't arrive next day as you expected. Rest assured your item was processed and dispatched by our team on the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Unfortunately from time to time some orders don't arrive next day. I can assure you it's as frustrating for us as it is for you as our entire team work on overload to process orders quickly and efficiently. There is no perfect delivery service although Royal Mail is one of the best performers in the U.K market. When you process as many orders as we do it's therefore inevitable that some of our orders won't arrive when they should and unfortunately there isn't much we can do about it. However, what we can do, on this occasion is refund you for your Next Day shipping charge. You will receive confirmation of this refund shortly.
I've just looked at your tracking and it looks like your order is out for delivery today. Apologies again and I hope it won't put you off shopping with us again. Regards Greg, Yoga Rebel.
