Hi there Catherine. Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you felt our service to you was not as you expected. We do all we can to ensure our customers get a 5 star service and we truly try to exceed customer expectations rather than fall short. Looking at your order we can see you selected the option to have your item delivered to a local shop. From our part your order was picked, packed and dispatched as it should have been and there was no delay here. What seems to have been the issue is that you did not get an email informing you the item had arrived at the local store. This part of the service is managed by one of our partners HUBBOX and we have spoken with them and they have confirmed there was an issue with you not getting the e-mail as you should have. Clearly this is not acceptable and we have been assured by HUBBOX that this was a one off situation. Please be assured that our customer service team are always on hand to answer any questions you may have on an order and help you with any issues. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. As a matter of goodwill I have refunded you for your shipping costs from this order. Regards Greg. Yoga Rebel.
