Hello Sofia. Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you felt our customer service was unsatisfactory. However, our customer service agent did advise you correctly, in that International shipping costs to different regions (within the same country) can differ and can vary the price of orders within the same country. The price we charge for our goods never changes regardless of location. When customers put in their location the price inclusive of shipping may change slightly, especially if the region in the country is remote. Sometimes the shipping cost for lower weight orders is unaffected (or we take the hit to standardise it for our customers) but when either the size or weight of the package increases you can then see a change. This is normal. We do not make any money from shipping and are constrained by carrier charges that are calculated specifically to your delivery address. Not every region in Portugal can be delivered to at the same rate. I hope this has helped clarify the price difference you may have seen for a heavier weighted order. Regards Greg Yoga Rebel

Clearly you didn't understand and continue to don't understand my issue.
I was a mistake from your sistem I'm not saying you are making profit out of deliver services that's obvious, however the weight was 1 pair of leggings and 1 bra. Extremely light and when I have this 2 items on the cart I put my region Porto and raise the price for 105£ when I put Lisbon or other region was 84£ I try other random regions and country and was always 84£ I test it and I saw was a mistake. When I delete one item and choose only the leggings the price was the same in all regions. So after that I purchase the item. But how can you raise the price for 105 pounds only because of the weight of a bra?
Doesn't make sense.
What really upset me today and right now is you didn't investigate the problem and you continue not even trying to understand, was just a mistake from the software.
And that's why I gave 2 starts.

Hello Sofia. Thanks for your polite message.
Actually, I understand completely, and there is no issue with our system. There is no problem I can assure you. It has been investigated.
To clarify: The first price you see at checkout EXCLUDES all shipping charges. This only applies AFTER you give the shipping address and select continue. You can flick through all the regions in the world before this and this and the price will not change until you progress to the next stage in checkout. At this point you will then see the goods PLUS shipping price. I have checked our shipping rates to every single region in Portugal and have noted the price to every destination for the same weight remains the same. Regardless of where you ship to in Portugal the price will be the same for the same basket of goods. Always. There will never be a difference.
The next point is the weight. And actually yes, even an item the weight of a sports bra can take a package weight into the next shipping price band. For example: We use DHL to deliver our packages Internationally, and the first price category is up to 500g before going up to the next price category. A pair of leggings is approx 300-400g depending on the brand. A bra will weigh approx 150-250g depending on the brand. So, as you can see a bra and a pair of leggings could change the shipping price from £10.99 to £12.99.
To summarise, there is no issue with the software or our website. All destinations in Portugal ship for the same price, and yes even a sports bra added to a shopping cart may push the shipping price into a different shipping weight category.
Also, I see the agent that you complained about providing you a poor answer initially was also the one that provided you with a discount code to shop with us! I'm unsure how this kind gesture was worthy of a 2 star rating but this is of course your choice. Have a great day.
