Good Morning, thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your parcel yet. The delivery time for our standard international delivery service is usually 10 working days, however this is an approximate estimate based on the average delivery time from Royal Mail. We do have to allow 20 working days before a parcel can be deemed as missing, so if the parcel is not received by November 7th then please let us know and we will organize this for you. Smart cashmere cardigan and great delivery system

Their products were always nice but I had duty problems in ordering. A package was lost last year in this process. The new pre paid duty facility is truly great.
