The quality of the cashmere is really great . Compare it to something like the Pure Cashmere company and its in a different league. No bobbling for starters.

Brilliant. Really helpful, made a superfast delivery for my wife's birthday.
I am very disappointed with the service as I have not received my wrap yet. I ordered it on 11/08 and paid £22 international shipping. I don't believe it should take almost two weeks to arrive.

I am so sorry your order to Australia took 2 weeks, as normally the Royal Mail International shipping takes half this time. Unfortunately we are always very short staffed in August and items are not always sent out the same or next day during this month. I was so happy to hear that your order arrived today and that you are delighted with your purchase. I do hope you will order again and that you will receive a prompter delivery next time.

I have tried to order one of your other items a couple of times, but while it is on the website on both occasions it has been out of stock. A bit frustrating.
