Thank you for taking the time to post your comments following your Highlights of India tour which you have recently returned from. It is very pleasing to hear your comments as it is clear you have enjoyed your visit to India. We would also like to thank you for your comments relating to the order of cities visited as this is a unique insight you have provided us with and we need such feedback to ensure we offer the best product we possibly can. Quite disappointed to hear you did not enjoy the pace of your tour and felt too much was crammed into your days. It sounds like you may have benefited from one of our Private or Tailor-made tours where you have more control over your itinerary and locations to visit. We will put your comments relating to the pace of the tour on file for future reference. Kind regards, Junior

Thank you for letting us know of your experience while on tour and your thoughts and vies are always greatly appreciated. Your guides usually operate by prioritising the published itinerary first, followed by the optional extras. Your guides can be quite flexible so they can arrange the optional extras if this is what is requested. We also appreciate you felt more time was required at some attractions which can be difficult depending on your arrangements. We have noted your comments as we rely upon your feedback to to asses our customer satisfaction. Maybe you can travel with us again on our more flexible 'Private tours' where you can have more control over your itinerary. Kind regards, Junior

Thank you for posting your comments and letting us know of your experiences while on tour with us and we regret any disappointment you may have experienced in relation to some aspects of your tour. The optional extra tours which are offered tend to change due to location and availability and are best advised locally about the types of experience on offer. You can find information about this in our brochure but we acknowledge that you feel this information should be made clearer. We will look into your comments about your guide as we regret you feel you did not receive the service which is in line with our expectations. Your further comments have also been duly noted for the continuous improvement of our touring. We hope you have returned with some great memories of your trip to China which will last a long time to come. Kind regards, Lorraine
