I am so sorry to hear about your issue. Our system was hacked and we had a nightmare as all automation was cancelled despite the fact that the system 'told us' that all was in order.
We are back to normal now and can only apologize for the inconvenience

We received your order on a Saturday and it was dispatched on the Monday. 99% of orders are received within 48 hours.
There is an option to choose a 24 hour service if the items are needed urgently.
We can only apologies that on this occasion Royal Mail did not deliver prior to your departure.
