48 hour delivery was promised, but delivery took 5 days. I would not have ordered had I been aware that the delivery time was misrepresented at the time of purchase.

Dear Sir,
Your order was received on 2nd Jan at 16.37, after our afternoon cut off. It was dispatched by us on 3rd and collected by Rotal Mail on a 48 hour service that evening.
Unfortunately Royal Mail do not count weekends in their service and the parcel was delivered one day late on the 8th.
We are sorry that Royal Mail did not achieve the stated delivery time. We shall chnage our website notification to state that 48 hours only covers working days.

We have gone through the emails around the date of your purchase and can find nothing from your email address. I have personally looked at your order and can clearly see that two items were ordered, two were paid for and therefore two were dispatched. My team would automatictally send two items if ordered together.
