Easy to get insurance set up. Very good price compared to similar cover with other insurers. Haven't had to make a claim so can't comment on that.

Ralph's health
I am on my second year of cover now and thankfully my dog has kept healthy. Therefore I haven't really had to deal with anyone

On renewal, despite never having claimed, much more expensive, huge excess, ever larger percentage of any claim disallowed, very curt renewal documentation.

I took my two dogs for their yearly booster. The staff were very friendly and the service was great considering you do not have to book . They checked my dogs over and didn't charge me the earth...
