Dear Mr Silvey,
Thank you for your feedback. Did you let us in the office know that you were claiming? We can investigate any delays. It could be that the vet is taking too long to provide required claim information! Every case is different. If you email admin@vetsmedicover.co.uk then we can get to the bottom of it.
