We thank you for the time you have taken to give us feedback but obviously disappointed that this was not positive. We have checked our records and your invoice was posted to you on 1st March 2016 and you paid it on 9th March 2016. You have not requested a duplicate of the invoice posted to you, but we have emailed a copy of it to you today as this appears to have gone missing from your records. One more point that sometimes arises, is that some of our clients require a VAT invoice. This is something that we cannot supply because there is no VAT in insurance. Please feel very welcome to contact us if there is anything else we can do to help.
