Versatile suits my needs
Versatile are very good, they remind me in good time when the insurance is due for renewal and make it so easy to pay over the phone.
As yet ( thank goodness) I have not made a claim and I am sure...

We thank you for the time you have taken to do a review for us. We have looked into your complaint and spoken to your insurers - and have discovered that no claim has been reported! We insure a smallholding for you (and burglary claims are extremely rare with this type of policy) and suspect you have mixed us up with your household insurers. If we are wrong please contact us urgently so we can get your burglary dealt with!!!! If we are correct, please can you contact Feefo to delete the negative feedback.
