Satisfactory
Annoyed that my solicitor would not let me proceed with the purchase until I had insurance, but Versatile Insurance would not insure until I had purchased! Sorted in end, but irritating.

A good policy to have in difficult situations
the person i spoke to (Pam )was very helpful and sorted out the queries i had with my quotation for holiday insurance out very quickly and efficiently and then when I purchased it.

I thank you for the time you have taken to leave feedback and am obviously disappointed that it is negative. We note that your documents were emailed to you yesterday - please can you check your email inbox! However, as you are aware, the reason for the delay was that you were late renewing your policy and we struggled to get your insurer to accept you as a customer again because they feared there may have been a claim during the uninsured period . After many emails and phone calls to them, we eventually managed to calm them down and resolved their queries and were very pleased to eventually receive your documents just yesterday. We appreciate your loyalty to us and your patience, but just wanted you to be aware that there was a huge amount of activity "behind the scenes" which we didn't involve you in.
