So helpful & a got great deal
Helped me get the right insurance , to keep the costs down but the cover right ... Phone back when they said they would .... Not an instant quote , but , they had to work to get me a good deal ......

The price in the renewal invitation letter they sent, wasn't what I had to pay.
They had increased the premium and blamed it on a clerical error.
Not good service.
Until I need an insurance pay out,...

We thank you for the time you have taken to give your feedback regarding our service. Obviously, we would rather it was positive, but agree that on this occasion our service was below the standards that we normally demand from ourselves. To give an explanation however, all of our renewal invitations are prepared personally for each of our clients by a trained member of staff. However, a typo crept in and wasn't noticed until after the papers were posted to you. We did alert you of this before you renewed so that you were not committed to staying with us. However, we are very grateful that you did decide to renew with us for another year and thank you for your loyalty to us despite us making a mistake on this occasion.
