problem dealt with very quickly

I ordered blind as I have used them before the blind came put the pull cord was missing I was asked to send picture of this and a replacement was sent very quickly

Leaving my blinds at my door

Not happy with that at all, because I was not in leaving my blinds out side my door,where anyone could of just picked it up and taken it. So was not a happy bunny about that.

Poor Customer Service ... Difficult to talk to anybody.... Dont return calls

Ordered blinds....... they got made incorrectly (width was made as height and vice versa) promised blinds would be made and delivered with 3- 4 days. its been over a week now and still not received....
