Good afternoon, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I have reviewed the information on your account. You have been calling the customer service line hence why you have been speaking to my associate in the customer service department. The error in regards to my colleagues email signature has now been resolved. In regards to the sizes ordered, as per the terms on the website we request images or for the product to be returned if there is a dispute over size, unfortunately the images you sent were illegible so we requested the blinds be returned for further investigation, this is standard practice as the goods are made to measure and this falls under the company procedure again this is detailed on the website. I can however see our office manager who you spoke with has agreed for you to keep the blinds at present to allow your windows some coverage over the festive period and we will proceed with the resolve in the new year. Unfortunately as with majority of companies CEO's are not usually available to take calls and employ customer service staff and office managers/supervisors to do this for them. As per the notes you are calling in the new year to arrange the return of your goods. Kind Regards
