Not a very good service.

The service had our address wrong we had to ring to correct . And, we had to ring and speak to 2 different people regarding our Cruise in your office..We have Paid our Cruise and Land costs, as yet...

I understand you have been dealing with a cruise dedicated consultant regarding your cruise and one of our travel experts regarding the land part of your trip. Your cruise consultant has advised me that you were sent official confirmation via email on 20th October, at time of booking and then again directly on 24th of October. Your travel consultant advised me that confirmation was sent to you on the morning of 26th October. Your cruise consultant will be in contact shortly to double check your email address and ensure you have everything you need. We look forward to sending you on your fantastic adventure.
