After looking into your booking I can see that your experience is more relating to a special program offered through a 3rd party which enables you to obtain significant discounts off cruises, this is separate from Cruise Megastore. Whilst this program is generally the best in the market, on occasions the cruise lines offer their own special promotions such as on board benefits. In such rare circumstances each customer has the option to decide which option better suits their own personal needs; the best price, or the on-board benefits. We truly hope you enjoy your cruise!
