I left numerous messages once cruise was booked as the beverage package wasn't listed on my booking, it took 3 days for this to be responded to and 6 days to get a response

While I understand not hearing back from us straight away can be frustrating, once we returned from the public holiday I can see that you were emailed and advise the drinks package was added to your booking.
