When I answered your feedback because of the covid pandemic we did not go on our cruise,we did let you know and never heard back you only have to check with the cruise line to find out we did not board haven't heard anything back at all from anyone and it has been months so we wont be cruising again we just lost our money

In spite of the restrictions placed by operating under Covid19, the operator managed to book us satisfactorily, and also was able to alter a few things to suit us. Can't ask for better.

Every opportunity was given to Cruise Megastore for contact through several different people. An email was sent to A supervisor who did not even respond to it. The sales team also sent an email to supposed management about our concerns. NOTHING. The agent that we dealt with should have been sacked for the way that she treated us. Very unpleasant experience.
