Thank-you very much for taking the time to leave your feedback.
I'm extremely pleased you feel the service provided was excellent.
With regards to approximate delivery/collection times, we will always strive to meet requested times, but as you've experienced, we unfortunately cannot guarantee to do so due to various factors. But, clearly there is room here to improve our service and your feedback helps greatly to facilitate finding ways to do this.
Thank-you once again.

Thank-you for your valued feedback, Derek.
Following our discussion on the phone, it appears the skip collection date was not made completely clear at the time of booking and the relevant staff will be made aware of this.
We are looking into ways of sending collection reminder notifications - your feedback certainly helps to reinforce this need.
I'm pleased we could resolve this matter, thank-you for your on-going custom.
