Delivery was fast and efficient. A couple of plants were on the dry side but they soon picked up when watered.

On occasions the plants had been in transit so long that they were either dead or wilting. Some plants survived after talc this end

Sorry that your plants occasionally arrive in poor condition. Please always let us know if you have any concerns with your plants on arrival. Where possible we will always try to replace any plants where things haven't gone smoothly. I'm glad that with tlc you've been able to nurse them back to health. Hi Yvonne, I'm sorry to read that your plants arrived in poor condition as they'd been damaged in transit. Apologies for any disappointment caused. I am unable to replace your Garden Ready plants as it's too late in the season and they're out of stock. However, I have replaced your Buddleja Buzz plants for despatch as soon as possible during August. Delivery dates were communicated in a timely manner even though plants were arriving over a few weeks. Plants were packaged well no in excellent condition. They are all doing well.
