Hi there, we're really sorry to hear this and want to look into it properly. We've checked our records and can’t find your email, which suggests it may not have come through to us. We reply to every message we receive, so we’d appreciate the chance to investigate further. We've also emailed you directly with some options to help make this right, including a delivery refund or discount code should you choose to return in future.

We’ve now reached out directly to look into this with you and have offered a couple of resolutions, including a refund of your delivery charge or a discount code if you’d consider shopping with us again.
