Tessuti have let me down. I'm afraid to say that service was shocking I didnt get my products on time and yet still they have not arrived.

Didn't receive a email to tell me the coat had arrived in store. Had to travel into town after a week and ask in store.

When an order is received at the store and scanned in an automatic text and/or email is generated to the customer. Unfortunately this did not happy on this occasion.
