We absolutely understand the frustration caused by the turnover of your Travel Specialists and the lack of communication during those transitions. This is something we have taken note of internally so we can be sure we meet communication standards in the future. Despite these transitions, we do know that you had your By-Your-Side Service TEAM member assigned to you throughout the process, from the time of booking to time of travel, and she was available to answer questions as needed and offer guidance along the way. We hope this helped with your travel preparations. Regarding the ticket you received while driving the rental car, I understand you have spoken with your Travel Specialist and emailed with Bryan about this. We did absorb the administration fee in an effort to help you resolve this issue. We're sorry you felt as if your Travel Specialist raised her voice on the phone. We did review the conversation and stand by her measured response. Again, thank you for sharing these comments so we can understand where we can improve. I understand that you originally had the rental car until the next morning to return to the airport but decided to turn it in early. This could have potentially saved you taxi fare, but we completely understand being tired of driving, especially in a foreign country! We aim to provide all accommodation information as soon as possible before travelers must book their flights, and we hope that having that knowledge ahead of time helps you arrange the best flights. It's helpful to know that this is something we should be sure to point out in the future. We do send out a lot of information to our travelers prior to departure in hopes that we can equip them as much as possible, but it's helpful to know that some of it seemed irrelevant for your specific trip.
