Thank you so much for your patience and feedback. Our website is constantly getting updated which comes with it's pros and cons. The most important benefit is that we're able to improve constantly for our Suiteness members. However since we are a smaller team, there are moments where our users get caught in between updates. Our amazing development team is always on top of each issue and generating a fix as fast as they can. In between fixes, we still want to make sure we are able to allow our users to access our unique prices and inventory even though there may be a few extra manual steps. That's why our concierge team is available at anytime to step in and help. As we grow, these workarounds help improve and make sure the customer experience is as smooth as possible.

I really appreciate the feedback and am glad you were able to connect with a Concierge to get you the perfect suite for your trip. I'm so sorry the Suiteness Concierge was unable to help you in the best way to find a suite for your upcoming trip. The last thing we ever want to hear is that someone had an unpleasant experience with Suiteness. All cancellations are refunded immediately and typically take about 5-7 business days depending on your bank on how quickly that can be processed.

I took a look into this as soon as your review came in and you were completely overbilled! I'm so sorry about the extra charge. I've connected to the hotel to confirm the billing details and offered you a refund for the difference immediately. I'd never want our guests to pay anything more than what is expected.
