Great stay at country inn with radisson

Really neat concept and Easy booking
Booking was great, my only feedback would be to have additional search features on amenities (e.g. does the suite or set of rooms have kitchen facilities).

We weren't able to locate a voicemail on our end from this morning - we return every missed call as soon as possible so if you are ever not able to connect with a Suiteness concierge quickly, please send us a friendly reminder so we can make sure nothing is slipping between the cracks.

Thanks for responding and helping fix things. I know calls and voicemail aren’t infallible but your having been responsive and helpful once you realized that that occurred was admirable
Thanks again. While I still wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, I would recommend and use Suiteness again myself.
