We offer multiple rate plans provided by our hotel partnerships which range with varying cancellation policies from no cancelations for a discount to a standard rate with the hotel's standard cancellation policy ranging from 2-4 days before arrival. It sounds like you ended up selecting a hotel with a cancellation policy with a more narrow window. That can be a little stressful especially with the winter season making travel a little unreliable. We always work with hotels to get at least a flexible cancellation policy in case that happens and if the weather does get in the way, our 24/7 Concierge team is available to work with the hotels to get any penalty waived.

This is definitely good feedback for our partnerships team to continue working on our rates with hotels to make sure we're doing the best we can for all of our guests.

Feedback is so important to us as a growing start-up and I really appreciate you taking the time to let me know. Since we are specialized in suites exclusively at 4 and 5 star hotels, we are placed on a higher price point however we have an inventory and hotel partnerships team working together every day to 1) increase our inventory to lower that price point (which is why we're the only place you can find connecting rooms) and 2) getting the best prices for you. Our best price guarantee is a process we hope to improve and we request so much information because other than making sure you get the best price, that's information we want to know so we can make sure all other guests after you also don't have to do the work of realizing there are lower rates elsewhere.
