Hi there - I really can't believe that you were placed into a connecting option when you were suppose to be placed into a natural two bedroom. As someone with kids, I understand that this is completely unacceptable and potentially dangerous. We connected with our hotel data team and the hotel in question immediately to make sure that there is a definitive difference when adding to our inventory so that guests are never in the same situation again. There is nothing I can do to make this stay up to you however one of our 24/7 Concierges has reached out to see if there's anything we can do if you do decide to return. Hi there - we really appreciate the feedback, and always strive to be as transparent as possible! I wanted to be sure to help you with the issue here as well. I see you spoke to us about having an underage person being added to check-in, with the 21+ adult not being present during arrival. Due to Las Vegas law and hotel policy, guests must be over 21 years of age in order to book and check-in for a hotel stay in Las Vegas. I do see we were able to have the younger individual added so they can stay, however we must adhere to the laws and policies set in place as discussed previously with our Concierge and the 21+ adult must check-in. If there were any other issues you experienced, I would love to look into solving those for you and seeing what I can do to best help!
