Hi Ruben - Getting to the airport on time is important, and the Suiteness team ensures each of our guests are taken care of from arrival to check-out. We would never want any of our guests to miss a flight because of us, as we always strive make the check-out process as smooth as possible.
Our team had set the departure limo based on your check-out date, however understand that it was our error that you meant to arrange transportation a day earlier and we are so sorry for this! Upon being notified of our error, our representatives immediately called the transportation company to make sure your ride was on it’s way and you would not miss your flight. We’ve issued a refund on that ride for you as a token of our apology as well.
We are glad that you enjoyed the other limo arrangements we made for your stay, as Customer happiness is of the utmost importance to us. Thank you for using Suiteness and letting us know how we could improve. We hope to help you plan a stay in the future!
