Thank you for your feedback on our white economy plates. Please let me apologise that the sizings were incorrect. Sometimes our suppliers will send us through items either in inches or in cms, we will then try our best to convert these measurements for the benefit of our customers who would like to see one or the other. Unfortunately if the manufacturers have 'rounded up' this can lead to inaccuracys in our conversion which seems may have happened in this instance. We have ammended this on our website to avoid any further confusion Please also let me apologise that due to the unfortunate timing of your query coinciding with a number of personel changes within the customer services department, a resolution for you was unneccessarily delayed. I am extremely glad to hear that your experience when calling up our customer services team was a friendly and helpful one, i do however acknowledge that this must be followed up with swift action and we will endevour to ensure that your experience is not repeated going forward. Firstly, many thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I am disappointed to see that your order has not made it to you in a more timely manner. I have looked into this amd it seems that we did get the goods out to you on 09/06, however our carrier was unable to successfully complete the delivery. At the time we did try and call you however our attempts to talk to you were unsuccessful.
