Sorry you felt the Iberostar Club Boa Vista Hotel was not of a 5 star standard and there was not as much choice of food if eating at a later time. The general feedback we receive is good but I will forward your comments to the General Manager so he is aware.
As hotel standards and service levels in Cape Verde cannot be compared with other destinations, we have created our own ratings system based upon standards available on the islands and feedback from our customers. As a result of this, we have graded the hotel a 4.5.
