Hello Apologies for the late reply to your review. We have been in the process of changing over review software and so these are now coming through to us in Customer Services. We are extremely sorry that you received your posts in this condition. I can't see an email from you to complain so if you felt you couldn't I am even more sorry as we would hate any customer not to be satisfied with their order. With regards to these posts - were they all in this condition and warped? I can certainly sort out some refund for your for them if you could just let me have some further details?
