Helpful on the telephone. Booking done in no time at all. Only problem is that we have not received the wine collection that was promised on the day of booking!

Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that a receipt was sent to you via email showing your deposit paid at the time of booking. I understand that this amount did not show on your booking summary of which I apologise for and I understand this has now been rectified.
