No back up support once booking has been taken.

In my wiew they are simply booking agents.Poor quality info on details of the cruise. No special services offered.

Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that your full documents have not been sent as yet, due to us not receiving them from the cruise line. Upon receipt of these you will have more detailed information. Please could you advise as to what special services you require? I cannot see that you have made contact with our Customer Service Team since making your booking and they will do their utmost to help if they are able to do so.

HI Gill Firstly I am a regular customer of A.O.L.The info sent is wrong(hopefully)I asked for flight from Manchester,London is shown.When booking there was an insistance for paying the total cost of £7000+-Why as i am not travelling until late September. I cannot trace the ship named on ATP website?Also disappointed with lack of transport the airport this having been provided with Scenic last year.Booked through you.Sorry but I should not have yto ring your customer Service after being invited to do feedback.

Problems eventually solved

Unfortunately the sales person keyed in one of the surnames incorrectly despite having it spelt out. Having phoned again within half an hour of the documents email I am still waiting for email...
