Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the sundeck being unavailable for much of the cruise and the overnight moorings did not meet your expectations. The closure of the sundeck is sometimes necessary when navigating under low bridges, and the safety of our guests and crew must always remain our highest priority. On some cruise itineraries, there are more low bridges to negotiate than on others, which can result in the sundeck being closed more frequently. We also note your comments regarding the weather. While we understand the heat may have affected your enjoyment at times, unfortunately this is something beyond our control.
